STANDARD RETURN POLICY

You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our retail location  in Sebastian, Florida within 30 days of delivery.  If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. If you initiate a return after 30 days, Native Tackle Supply will charge a 15% restocking fee on merchandise in new or unused condition.

*You must initiate the return within 30 days of delivery.  You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks due to the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, during all stages, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

REFUND POLICY

We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our Sebastian, Florida retail location. We refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or defective product.

If the return is not a result of our error and you initiate a return of an unopened item within 30 days of delivery, we refund the full cost of the merchandise only and the buyer is responsible for original and return shipping charges.

If you return an item that has been opened or shows signs of use, we will issue a partial refund based on our judgment on the amount of use and used value.  Buyer is responsible for original and return shipping charges. Products decrease in value over time.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND RETURNS DUE TO OUR ERROR

Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be waived.

When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund maybe issued.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please send an email to info@nativetackle.com with the following information:

    ♦  The name of the person the items were shipped to

    ♦  Address Item(s) were shipped to

    ♦  Telephone number to contact you

    ♦  Order number

    ♦  Items to be returned

    ♦  Tell us if you would like a refund or store gift card for the amount paid for the item(s).

Native Tackle Supply will confirm with you by email or telephone that your request has been received and forward you a UPS or FedEx return label as an attachment to the email for return of the item(s).

HOW TO RETURN A GIFT

If you receive a gift purchased from Native Tackle Supply, you may return the gift and be issued credit for the current value of the item at the time a return/credit is asked for.

Gift recipients may only initiate a return if their name appears on the shipping address of the order. If your name is not listed on the order, then we recommend contacting the gift giver so they may initiate the return. All refunds will be issued to the original purchaser's account in the original form of payment.

We regret that we are unable to issue any kind of cash refund to a gift recipient. In the event that an item arrives damaged or is defective, we will be happy to send you are placement if the item is currently available at the time of receiving the return.
